This project, developed on Isla de Margarita, Venezuela, involved the expansion of an existing residence and the addition of a new plot to create an outdoor area with a jacuzzi, grill area, guest room, and service areas. For the design, we selected high-durability materials and combined light tones with cement and wood finishes, providing warmth and comfort to the space. All elements were designed in strict alignment with the client’s specific requirements, achieving a balance between functionality and aesthetics.
