This project, located in Cape Coral, Florida, is a modern business center developed at a schematic and conceptual level, including modeling and rendering as part of the initial design presentation. It is designed to accommodate four commercial units and features a contemporary façade that combines natural stone finishes with wood-toned accents and dark colors, creating a balanced contrast that gives the building an elegant and professional appearance.
