This façade renovation proposal was developed for Naples Rental Car, a company located in Naples, Florida, with the objective of modernizing and highlighting its presence in the city. The design implements a contemporary industrial style, characterized by Alucobond cladding in a palette of tones ranging from white to gray, complemented by subtle touches of blue and black. These colors add elegance and an attractive, professional visual identity. To add warmth and contrast, wood and cement finishes were integrated to add texture and depth to the design.

The façade includes large windows that allow natural light to enter and provide transparency, giving a sense of openness and spaciousness to the space. This transparency not only enhances the aesthetics of the building, but also establishes a visual connection with the exterior environment, inviting customers to interact with the space from the first glance. The windows highlight the main façade, transforming it into a visual focal point that significantly enhances the customer experience.
