This design proposal for a Scandinavian style home was conceived with the objective of fully satisfying the client’s expectations. We sought to create high ceilings that take advantage of the double height, providing a feeling of spaciousness and luminosity in the interior spaces. The design integrates all the client’s requirements with our architectural approach, resulting in a spacious and functional house. The layout of the spaces was designed to flow naturally, promoting interaction between the different areas of the house.

The selection of materials, such as siding in white and stone tones, is complemented with dark gray colors, providing an attractive visual contrast to the facade. This combination of elements and materials not only highlights the beauty of Scandinavian design, but also ensures that the home is a comfortable and welcoming space. Overall, this project exemplifies how architecture can merge functionality, aesthetics and comfort, reflecting the client’s needs and desires in a truly special home.
