Based on a previously initiated proposal, our team of architects continues the development of the project, adapting it to the client’s needs and updating the methodology to BIM for its execution. The project consists of the new commercial headquarters of Grupo Target, S.A., a company dedicated to electrical generators and marine engines. The building is located in one of the most important road axes of Caracas, and its volume has been designed according to the characteristics of the terrain, creating new interior and exterior spaces.

Además, se ha incorporado un elegante Roof Bar, que cuenta con acabados en madera, alucobond y cristal. Este elemento no solo aporta un estilo industrial a las fachadas, sino que también ofrece una vista impactante de la ciudad, convirtiéndose en un atractivo especial para la edificación.
