His is a conceptual proposal for a Hotel & Casino located in Margarita Island, Venezuela, and represents one of the first projects carried out by our team. The proposal includes the architectural design and facades, taking advantage of the context conditions and the privileged views offered by its excellent location.

Based on a volumetric study and an analysis of the context and environmental conditions, a zoning and layout of the space was carried out according to the activities required for the project. This allowed us to define the design and select a construction system and materials that optimize the use of resources, making it an efficient and sustainable project.
